Destruction Bin Service

In addition to destruction services for stored records, ArchivesOne offers clients secure destruction receptacles that are maintained at the client's site. These locked destruction bins allow documents to be inserted and held securely until pick-up by ArchivesOne for secure destruction. Destruction bins are available in attractive wood-grain for offices and lobby areas.

ArchivesOne is compliant with HIPAA and Sarbanes-Oxley guidelines as well as NAID standards for destruction.
