Company News & Acquisitions
ArchivesOne Acquires Hilldrup of Burlington, NC

In June ArchivesOne acquired Hilldrup Records Management Systems of Burlington, North Carolina. Including this latest acquistiion, ArchivesOne has acquired 28 companies in the records storage and management industry in the U.S. The purchase of Hilldrup Records Management Systems is ArchivesOne's third acquisition in North Carolina. Our customer centers are located in Morrisville, Raleigh and now Burlington.

"The Hilldrup acquisition complements our current customer centers in Raleigh and Morrisville very well", said John Pavlovich, COO of ArchivesOne. "We will be able to expand and solidify our customer service base in North Carolina, which fits in nicely to our expansion in the southeastern U.S.," added Pavlovich.

New Facility for Albany Customer Center

The ArchivesOne Customer Center in Albany, NY, has relocated to a much larger building about a half mile from its present location. The new facility has about twice the capacity of the three older buildings combined and will provide room for the Albany Customer Center to grow for many years.

The new building is nestled in a beautifully wooded area, and there are ample loading docks and a newly installed ramp into one of the docks for our delivery vans to load and unload inside the building.

CCL Frank Pallor, his team of Cheryl Berthiaume, Charles Lindberg, and Steven Hull, as well as team member volunteers from other ArchivesOne Customer Centers, are supervising a small army of temporary workers to move and scan the barcodes of 120,000 boxes to their new shelf locations. As of the end of June, 75,000 boxes have been moved, and the project is expected to continue through the summer.
