ArchivesOne Wins Statewide Quality Award

WATERBURY- ArchivesOne, a privately held Connecticut company, has been selected as a Connecticut Quality Improvement Silver Award winner. The statewide award recognizes Connecticut companies who have demonstrated outstanding quality processes and programs. The award program is modeled on the U. S. Department of Commerce's Malcolm Baldridge Quality Award.
ArchivesOne won the Silver Award for a unique implementation and application of technology that dramatically improved operational quality. ArchivesOne demonstrated a significant increase in service accuracy and output for the award examiners using quantitative data from four years. "Our team is extremely proud of the Silver award. It really shows that a lot of hard work has paid off,"said VP of Operations Jim Kallipolites.
ArchivesOne is in the business of providing records management and storage services to banks, law firms, hospitals, corporations and medical practices. ArchivesOne services customers from lower Westchester County, NY to Springfield, MA from its Waterbury facilities. Since its inception in 1991, ArchivesOne has grown substantially. From zero people and zero customers, the company now boasts over 500 customers and 30 team members. Sales are growing at approximately 25% per year.
