WATERBURY-BASED ARCHIVESONE, INC., DOCUMENTS AND RECORDS STORAGE, ACQUIRES KASTER RECORDS MANAGEMENT OF STAMFORD, CT.
21st Acquisition for ArchivesOne
ArchivesOne, Inc. of Waterbury, Conn., one of the four largest U.S. records management and storage companies, announced today that it has acquired Kaster Records Management of Stamford, CT.
The purchase marks the company's 1st of the year, 10th in the past two years and 21st since it was founded in 1991. Kaster Records Management brings to ArchivesOne approximately 30 customers. The transaction will add to the three already existing CT facilities located in Waterbury, Watertown and Milford.
ArchivesOne now services more than 4,500 customers in 11 metropolitan areas with more than one million square feet of storage space. The company was recently named to Inc. Magazine's 2004 national list of the 500 fastest growing private companies for the second year in a row. The company has achieved 120% growth in the past five years, with approximately $25 million in annual revenues
