ARCHIVESONE, INC. ACQUIRES STERLING RECORDS MANAGEMENT
Acquisition is first in Florida
WATERBURY, CT and BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA
MARCH 10, 2005 - ArchivesOne, Inc. of Waterbury, CT, the third largest records management and storage company in the U. S., announced today its acquisition of Sterling Records Management, headquartered in Boynton Beach, FL. The purchase marks ArchivesOne's 22nd acquisition in the records management industry and its second of 2005.
The transaction adds approximately 400 customers in Boynton Beach and surrounding towns and 28 Team Members to ArchivesOne, according to Jon D'Elia, Senior V.P. of Sales and Marketing for ArchivesOne, Inc. This deal marks a high point for ArchivesOne, not only because of the size and reputation of Sterling Records Management, but also for breaking into new territory in the South. "Expanding in Florida will create new and exciting opportunities for the company", Jon D'Elia adds.
