ArchivesOne, Inc. Acquires Starpoint Global Services of Raleigh,NC

Acquisition is first in North Carolina

WATERBURY, CT and RALEIGH, NC/ JULY 7, 2005 - ArchivesOne, Inc. of Waterbury, CT, the third largest records management and storage company in the U. S., announced today the purchase of Starpoint Global Services Raleigh, North Carolina records management business. The purchase marks ArchivesOne's 23rd acquisition in the records management industry and its third in 2005.

The transaction adds approximately 400 customers in Raleigh and the surrounding towns and brings 19 team members to ArchivesOne, according to Jon D'Elia, Senior V.P. of Sales and Marketing for ArchivesOne, "The Starpoint staff takes pride in their customer service and will continue to do a great job as ArchivesOne team members."

ArchivesOne most recently acquired Sterling Records Management of Boynton Beach, Florida, breaking territory in the South. With the new addition of Starpoint Global Services, ArchivesOne is filling the gap in the southeast region.
