ArchivesOne Document And Records Storage Acquires Newark Records Company

Newark, NJ - ArchivesOne of Waterbury, Conn., with warehouses in Newark and one of the five largest records management and storage companies in the U.S. has acquired SOS/Flexible Warehousing - Record Storage Division in Newark, New Jersey.

This is the 15th acquisition in the records management industry for ArchivesOne and its first transaction in 2004. "We are geared up for significant growth in facilities and team members over the next 12 to 18 months."
ArchivesOne services customers in eight metropolitan markets and has approximately $20 million in annual revenues. Since its inception in 1991, ArchivesOne has grown substantially, the company now boasts over 3,300 customers and over 150 team members.
