16th Acquisition Fuels Company's Northeast Expansion Efforts

LANCASTER, PA / WATERBURY, CT - ArchivesOne of Waterbury, Conn., one of the five largest U.S. records management and storage companies, announced today that it has acquired Alliance Records Management of Lancaster, Penn. The purchase marks ArchivesOne's 16th acquisition in the records management industry and its second of 2004, strengthening its Northeast expansion efforts.

The acquisition adds approximately 350 customers and 20 new team members, as well as more than 55,000 square feet of new warehouse space, according to John Pavlovich, ArchivesOne Chief Operating Officer.

Andre Renna, the President of Alliance Records Management said, "When we made a strategic decision to sell the business we sought potential buyers that have a proven record of excellent customer service, strong corporate values and a respect for the individual employee. We feel we found that company in ArchivesOne."

ArchivesOne said that key Alliance Records Management managers, Curt Stager and Liza Campbell, will join ArchivesOne in various management and sales capacities. Their industry knowledge and leadership will further strengthen the ArchivesOne management team, Pavlovich added.

ArchivesOne services customers in nine metropolitan markets, has approximately $20 million in annual revenues and more than a million square feet of warehouse space. The company was recently named to Inc Magazine's 2003 national list of the 500 fastest growing private companies. Since its inception in 1991, ArchivesOne has grown substantially, the company now boasts over 4,000 customers and over 150 team members.
