ARCHIVESONE DOCUMENT AND RECORDS STORAGE ACQUIRES NEWARK RECORDS COMPANY

ArchivesOne, headquartered in Waterbury, Conn., with warehouse space in Newark and one of the four largest U.S. records management and storage companies, has acquired Rimback - Record Storage Division in Millburn, New Jersey.
This is ArchivesOne's 5th acquisition of 2004, its 8th in the last two years and its 19th acquisition in the records management industry, according to John Pavlovich, COO for ArchivesOne. Pavlovich added "Our new customers will benefit tremendously from increased technology and added customer service capabilities."

ArchivesOne services customers in ten metropolitan markets and has approximately $25 million in annual revenues. Since its inception in 1991, ArchivesOne has grown substantially.
