FREDERICKSBURG, VA and WATERBURY, CT/November 2, 2004

ArchivesOne of Waterbury, CT, one of the four largest U.S. records management and storage companies, announced today that it has acquired Records Management Systems (RMS) of Fredericksburg, VA.

The purchase marks ArchivesOne's 20^th acquisition in the records management industry and its sixth in 2004. ArchivesOne currently services the Metro D.C. area with their records center in Springfield, VA and now will expand coverage in the Fredericksburg area. "Our new customers will benefit tremendously from increased technology and added customer service capabilities", said ArchivesOne COO, John Pavlovich.

The transaction will add approximately 125 new customers to ArchivesOne. "We are particularly excited about adding some new team members, including David Small, who has 8 years of experience providing great service to his customers", added Pavlovich. David has extensive experience in both sales and operations and will continue to help grow the existing Fredericksburg market.
