ArchivesOne Acquires Vermont Record Storage Center In Essex Junction, Vermont

Watertown, CT - ArchivesOne, a Watertown company specializing in records management and storage services, has acquired Vermont Record Storage Center in Essex Junction, VT, a Burlington, VT suburb. This is ArchivesOne's thirteenth acquisition in the records management industry and second transaction in 2003. The transaction represents a 6% revenue growth increase for ArchivesOne.
"I am very enthusiastic about the deal," stated ArchivesOne SVP for Sales & Marketing Jon D'Elia. "The new customers will fit nicely into our existing customer base and move us further toward our goal of being the number three player in the industry." The transaction adds approximately 300 customers and 5 Team Members to ArchivesOne in the Burlington marketplace and 60,000 square feet of new warehouse space.

This is a logical extension in our Northeast marketplace and Vermont Record Storage is an incredibly clean company with great infrastructure to build on."
