Archivesone, Inc. Acquires Archives Management Of Winooksi As Its Second Vermont Document Facility

Company Acquired Burlington Facility Earlier in 2003

Waterbury, CT and Winooski, VT - ArchivesOne of Waterbury, Conn., one of the five largest records management and storage companies in the U. S, has acquired Archives Management Systems in Winooski, VT, its second Vermont acquisition this year.

With this latest acquisition and ArchivesOne's other facility in Burlington, the company will have more than 60,000 square feet of document storage space. The purchase marks ArchivesOne's 14th acquisition in the records management industry and its third of 2003.

The company's Vermont business will grow to 195 customers and 8 associates. The combined storage capacity of the Vermont facilities is 250,000 boxes, according to ArchivesOne COO, John Pavlovich "This is a great fit," Pavlovich said. "Archives Management Systems has a first-class organization that will easily integrate into ArchivesOne."

David Narwid, ArchivesOne's Director of Sales and Marketing in Vermont, added, "Since we already operate in the Burlington marketplace our new customers will get great service immediately. We will be able to leverage our current infrastructure and operations."

ArchivesOne services customers in eight metropolitan markets, has approximately $20 million in annual revenues and more than a million square feet of warehouse space. Since its inception in 1991, ArchivesOne has grown substantially, the company now boasts over 3,400 customers and over 140 team members.
