ArchivesOne Announces Promotions

Watertown, CT - ArchivesOne, a Watertown company specializing in records management and storage services, is pleased to announce the promotion of Jim Kallipolites to the position, Vice President of Information Technology and Marilyn Markunas to the position, Vice President of Operations for Connecticut.
Jim, a resident of Naugatuck, will oversee technology and communicating corporate wide for ArchivesOne. Jim's knowledge of hardware and software technology issues coupled with his strong operations background in records management and storage services will be of tremendous value as ArchivesOne continues to expand. Most recently, Jim was in charge of day-to-day operations in Connecticut for the company. Jim has completed specialized training in the O'Neil software system used to manage the operational activity flow in our records center. Jim has been employed at ArchivesOne for over 6 years.
Marilyn's position as Vice President of Operations is well earned. She began her career in records management at American Archives in 1988 as a bookkeeper and customer service associate. In 1993, she was promoted to facilities manager of Archives Management-Milford. Her hands-on experiences have given her a thorough knowledge of all aspects of superior quality customer service and quality control. She will be responsible for all operations in Connecticut. Marilyn lives in New Haven.
In addition, Jim Ratliff, previously ArchivesOne's Chief Operating Officer, has been promoted to a Senior Vice President. Jim will focus his efforts and considerable experience in records management on special projects for the company.
ArchivesOne is in the business of providing records management and storage services to banks, law firms, hospitals, corporations and medical practices. ArchivesOne services customers in Connecticut, Long Island, New Jersey, Ohio, and Westchester. Since its inception in 1991, ArchivesOne has grown substantially. From zero people and zero customers, the company now boasts over 1,300 customers and 80 team members.
