A. J. Wasserstein

President & Director of Customer Happiness

As ArchivesOne's founder A. J. has successfully built ArchivesOne into a super-regional, full-service records management company. As President and Director of Customer Happiness A. J. ensures that all customers are being superbly serviced and that all team members are happy. A. J. graduated from Colgate University and received his MBA from New York University. He completed the Owner/President/Manager Executive Education Program at Harvard Business School in 2002. The Hartford County Business Journal and New Haven Business Times have both selected A. J. as an award winner in their respective "Forty Under 40" programs. The U. S. Small Business Administration named A. J. the "2000 Small Business Person of the Year in Connecticut".

A. J. was the 2002 President of PRISM International, the records management industry trade association. He is also a trustee at the Connecticut Community Foundation.

John Pavlovich

Chief Operating Officer

John's responsibilities include ensuring systematic, quality customer service for ArchivesOne's customers. Through ArchivesOne Core Operating Procedures, an industry-leading records management operations and training program, John focuses on continuous improvement in all parts of ArchivesOne's business. John is also responsible for leading the company's due diligence process when ArchivesOne explores potential acquisitions, and oversees the integration process for recently added businesses.

John is a graduate of Hamilton College and received a Master in Accounting degree from the University of Hartford. He has also received CPA, ABV, and CFA certifications. John was previously employed at Arthur Andersen in Hartford and specialized in financial consulting and valuation matters. He has lectured on topics ranging from valuation issues to improving productivity through active measurement techniques.

Scott D. Brabant

Chief Financial Officer

Scott directs those team members responsible for executing all financial, accounting, contract, technology and real estate functions. He has directly been involved with the financing and integration of 20 records management companies since 2003. He joined ArchivesOne from American Savings Bank, where he held the position of Chief Credit Officer and Director of Operations. Scott is a graduate of Babson College in Wellesley, MA with a B.S. in Finance and Investments. In 2005, he completed the Harvard Business School Executive Education Program “Driving Corporate Performance – Aligning Scorecards, Systems and Strategy”. Scott is a member of the Program Grants Committee of the American Savings Foundation.

Jon W. D'Elia

Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Jon is responsible for leading the sales and marketing efforts at ArchivesOne. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia and received an MBA from the University of Connecticut. He also holds a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation. Jon joined the ArchivesOne team with 20 years experience in the insurance industry as a risk management consultant, insurance broker and partner of a regional insurance brokerage firm. He brings extensive skills in relationship development, business management and risk management principles to the ArchivesOne team and its customers.

Jim Ratliff

Senior Vice President

Jim focuses his efforts and considerable records management experience on special projects for ArchivesOne. Previously ArchivesOne's Chief Operating Officer and a 15-year veteran in the records management industry, Jim is an expert at technology tracking software. A graduate of the University of Virginia, Jim spent his post graduate days as a professional tennis player. Before joining ArchivesOne, he was involved in the manufacture of printed circuit boards.

Dave Koval

Senior Vice President

Dave oversees the operations all ArchivesOne customer centers. His main responsibilities include providing quality customer service, developing team members and perfecting operations. Dave is a graduate of Rutgers University with a B.A. in Economics. He comes to ArchivesOne from Ryder Transportation where he managed the Driver Leasing Division. He has more than 12 years experience in the records management industry.
